Thailand: Krabi: Phranang Beach
My favorite beach and why we came back to Railay, Krabi for the second time. The white-sandy beach is small, shaded, and features a cave and occasional rock climbing beginners. A few vendors sell trinkets, clothes, silk tablecloth, grilled corn, fresh fruits, softdrinks, and snacks like pad thai noodles. Others offer massage and foot scrub services. This is because tourists come here on day-trips to see the sacred cave where locals offer carved penises to the goddess of fertility.
