How to transfer videos to iPod

Here is the description and the step by step direction.
1-Choose file to download
2-When it is downloading go to:
http://www.download.com/Videora-iPod-Converter/3000-2194_4-1 0781135.html?tag=lst-1
3-Download it
4-When it is done, click; Run and go through the step by step installing directions
5-Go to file sharing program (or video downloader)when download is done.
6-Drag video to desktop
7-Click on Videora iPod Converter
8-Under convert click video file
9-On bottom right hand corner click “convert new file”
10-Follow Step by step directions to convert video
11-When conversion is done iTunes should pop up and at the top it should say “Copying “” to itunes library”
12-Go to movies and video should be there
13-If you are organized right click it and select “Get info” fill stuff out
14-Under devices click your ipod and select videos
15-Click sync
16-Enjoy Videos!
